IFS – Online Exam Instructions :
Dear Students,
READ VERY VERY CAREFULLY, DO NOT IGNORE ANY INFORMATION- (We observed that- Many students are not serious about their course, exams, and instructions, etc.)
Exam login key will be provided in the student portal – 15 min. before the exam starts. For any queries related to the exam, contact us by email immediately.
We hope you have gone through all exam instructions thoroughly. Also, make sure that Team Viewer software is installed on your computer. If you face any issues, you can remotely provide us access to your computer.
A) Online Exam Portal Timings are 12 PM to 1 PM (IST) – Total 1 Hour. (Actual Exam requires only 30 minutes) Exam Portal will be Activated at 12 PM and Closed at 1 PM (IST). All mentioned times are Indian Standard-Times – You can check current exact Indian Time from www.worldtimeserver.com OR www.24timezones.com/India/time If you appear for the online exam late then you may not get proper time & support for your exam.
Exam Time limit is 30 Minutes after login, But Exam Portal will be closed at 1
PM, so finish your exam before it. (Whichever is earlier).
B) The Online Exam contains one Objective paper of 100 Marks. The objective paper contains a Total of 50 objective questions of 2 marks each. All questions are compulsory. The exam portal will be open for 1 hour, but the examination time will be 30 minutes only. We will not be responsible for any lack of time and its losses. The student must keep track of time on your own responsibility, as no clock or time notification is provided on our exam portal. The entire exam requires only 30 Mins. So do not appear late. Always perform all activities and contact us through support tickets/emails during exam time only. After paper submission, students are able to see their results immediately. Contact us without delay for any issues.
C) Enter exact Exam Login Key, Do not copy or enter extra space before or after exam login key. Login is for single use / attempt only. It will be deactivated automatically after first use, extra attempt marks will not be considered for evaluation. After successful online paper submission, your result will be displayed on the screen. After finishing the exam, take a screenshot or photograph of the result page and apply it with the below links for result confirmation. Note : Attempt All Questions, On final question page (Que. 50) = To Submit Answers Click On – See Result
If a student passes the exam, then apply through the following link – http://www.dlc.co.in/form/view.php?id=28 . (If you receive result by email then do not submit this form, retain received email for proof)

D) For any query, complaint or help – always submit new support ticket from www.ifs.cc (Do not send emails to wrong dept.), During contacting support team always send us details about your problem including – Error details, URL / Link details, Full Screenshot of that page, Login details / Key you are using, etc… without these details, we can not provide you exact solution and it results in wastage of time, etc.
E) EXTRA EXAM ATTEMPT / FREE ATTEMPT WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IF – 1) Students fail to appear for the exam within specified timings. 2) The student does not appear for the online exam. 3) Students appear for an exam late / face a lack of time. 4) Students ignore instructions and rules. 5) Students face the internet of power failure problems. 6) Un-necessary communications / Arguments, against management decisions.
A student who failed to appear for the online objective exam will not get any free attempt or extension. We also observed that- Some students later inform us that, “key was not working or there was some problem during the exam”, such requests or complaints are not acceptable because on exam day we provide lightning-fast query resolving support and every student will get a reply for their problems within a few minutes.
F) Per day late fee of Rs. 50 / 1 USD is applicable as fine. No concession or flexibility will be provided to any late fee. An entire calculated late fee will be final. Any suspended account will be charged 1200 Rs. / 50 USD for re-activation extra along with the above mentioned per day late fee, up to the date of your payment of the entire fee + late fees, etc.
G) We have placed all the instructions and exam login keys, exam login URL / Links, etc in Student Portal with related instructions, so you will not receive any other email regarding your exam login details.
H) If you have not confirmed any exam date, and received exam login details emails and this email it means, Your exam is auto-scheduled OR You have not confirmed exam date within stipulated time (Less than 15 working days before your first exam date option). SO YOU MUST APPEAR FOR THIS EXAM. WITHOUT ANY DELAY.
Special Note for lock-down period : This is to request you that, please arrange the laptop / PC and internet for 30 minutes. You can connect your laptop to your mobile hot-spot during exam.
The result will be immediately displayed after the successful submission of the online objective Paper. (DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE SCREENSHOT OR PHOTOGRAPH OF YOUR RESULT). NO TELEPHONIC SUPPORT.
On exam page: please check that- all fields are filled properly (Name and Address). If there are any blank fields in address or any box, the form will not accept blank fields, so make sure all boxes, name boxes, and answer boxes are filled properly. You can also write “NA” in not applicable blank fields.
Always use the exact same email id used during the application or only registered email id for any correspondence in the future. Do not use/contact through any other email id which is not registered with us. You will not receive any response, and IFS will not be responsible for any losses. If your email id is changed then inform us instantly from- www.dlc.co.in/form/view.php?id=3562 then your details will be changed within 24 working hours. (Your registered email id is your unique identity).
Some time – Internet Service Provider (ISP) firewall or route may block a particular URL… If you are unable to access any link, restart your computer and modem instantly to resolve this issue. If the problem still persists use another ISP or contact your ISP for this issue because these problems are from the user side and not from our side. We have three backup servers with high uptime so there is no chance of any error during the exam. This is a problem from Internet Service Provider, where all sites work, but a particular URL is blocked by the ISP firewall. In such, you can try restarting the system and modem OR use another Internet Service Provider. You can use Proxy servers to unblock and bypass this firewall. OR Use team-viewer etc to appear for the exam from your friends / other computers remotely.

RULES AND REQUIREMENTS: PLEASE SPEND SUFFICIENT TIME TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS, TO AVOID ANY KIND OF LOSS, CONFUSION OR MISUNDERSTANDINGS…
1) Login is for single use only. It will be deactivated automatically after first use. One student can appear only one time / single attempt (No second attempt is allowed for the same exam and second attempt mark will not be recorded or considered as the result) Save all the email id, so it will not be considered as SPAM / JUNK, etc. i.e. support@forensic.co.in , exam@forensic.co.in , exam@ifs.edu.in , contact@forensic.co.in, etc…
2) After successful online paper submission, your result will be displayed on the screen. If the student cannot see their result after paper submission, then the student should contact our support team ASAP. No, any complaint or request will be accepted later.
3) All our exam servers and the backup server will be active for the exam period if any problem persists: It means there is a problem in your computer, setting, Internet. If any student lacks insufficient computer knowledge please consult with your friend or family member who knows about computers and the internet well. Answers must be submitted through proper channel / online exam portal only. Answers will not be accepted in the other form like any type of file or by email.
4) If there is any error or Internet Service provider problem, then you can use remote desktop software like Team Viewer, on your friends/office PC and appear for exams remotely.
5) Please provide sufficient time to read these guidelines and portal instructions. We will not be responsible for any losses due to negligence towards these details. Many students do not refer to portals and ignore all guidelines and wake up during exams only. Please avoid such things and co-operate with us.
6) Exam rules are very strict and same for all students, so it must be considered with priority and any type of negligence is not acceptable.
7) Use ‘Faster Internet’ Connected PC for the exam. Keep Internet Connection Active / Alive during the exam, otherwise your exam may not run properly. If the scroll bar does not work, you can use Up / Down arrow / Navigation Key or TAB Key on the keyboard.
8) For any query/help or support: always submit a new ticket from www.ifs.cc/support or you can also send email to exam@forensic.co.in (You will receive a response within 1 to 5 minutes during exam period). All times (exam times etc) are according to IST: Indian Standard Time. We will not be responsible for any wrong information received over the phone. So, Always contact us through support tickets or emails, so we can provide faster support to multiple students and Emails / support tickets can be considered as written proof for any future troubles, We do not provide telephonic support due to its own limitations.
9) If you face any problem accessing the exam site, use another updated browser like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox etc…
10) System Requirements: Windows 8, Windows 10, or any compatible operating system (Other Operating Systems may work, but other OS’s are not tested) and Tested Browsers are many but the main suggested are- Google Chrome, New Microsoft Edge etc. Always use updated browsers. Always use a computer / laptop having Microsoft Windows Operating System with the latest version of Google Chrome or New Microsoft Edge Browser is recommended for the best support and experience. Keep your system up to date & ready one day before exam and test it by appearing for demo/trial exam from http://www.ifs.edu.in/exam/ If you do not make necessary arrangements and if you face any problems like lack of time etc then IFS will not be responsible or any attempt will not be provided, so your computer must be ready before exam timings. Always install Team Viewer On your PC so our experts can help you in case of any issues during the exam.
